• The Master's program in Biomedical Tehnologies at Dokuz Eylul University, together with the diverse fields it cover, aims to perform research and development, as well as training activities in the field of Biomedical Engineering, in order to help close gaps of our country in skilled personnel. Purpose of this direction is to provide, a high quality higher education on biomedical sciences and related technology disciplines to the students considering a career in the field of biomedical technologies. A total of 13 academicians from different disciplines such as Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Bioengineering (Ege University) and Medicine Faculty Biophysics departments are participating in the program.

• Biomedical Laboratory serves for development of biomedical systems, processing of signals measured from biological systems (i.e. EEG, ECG), and processing of pre-acquired medical images (such as MRI, CAT, X-ray imaging systems) for diagnostic purposes. Computer Lab: Computer applications of lectures are performed in this laboratory. Each student can use a computer on his/her own with internet access. Basic Electrical Lab: Hardware implementations of lectures can be performed.
