Overview
About the program
The Master's degree program in Computational Biomedicine at University of Southern Denmark introduces you to biochemistry, bioinformatics, biological data science and programming techniques, and also covers introductory and advanced statistics and R programming. Supervised and unsupervised data mining techniques, including Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence, constitute a major part of the curriculum. Protein structure/function modelling provides fundamental tools for the investigation of molecular structures and interactions. Considerations and strategies for designing observational and clinical studies are covered by epidemiologists. In addition, you can choose from a number of elective courses and specialise in your favourite research area.
- You will learn how to develop the robot technology of the future
- You will have good career opportunities
- You will learn to develop innovative solutions to specific problems
