Overview

Logic and Computation at the Vienna University of Technologyis crucial for today’s infrastructure, industry, consumer products, etc. Formal methods in this field build the basis for tackling great challenges, such as storing and processing big amount of data, software verification for fail-safe software in critical environments, fast algorithms to solve computationally hard problems, etc.As a Master student you will learn basic and advanced methods in the field of Logic and Computation. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into state-of-the art knowledge by working together with top researchers belonging to our research groups.
