Border Health ManagementProgram Learning Outcomes

• Honesty; ability to make decisions on ethical grounds; and compliance with professional ethics;
• Ability to explain and connect public health theories, concepts, principles, and practices with related sciences to manage community health systems;
• Skill in complex thinking and ability to integrate public health science and related sciences to solving and sustainably developing community health systems;
• Ability to create research works, or to initiate development of public health innovations, or to employ empirical evidence to solve problems and improve complex public health operations in a systematic manner;
• Skill in introducing healthcare management changes conforming to international standards, amongst specific population subgroups, including ethnic groups, cross-border labourers, refugees, vulnerable people, border residents, and marginal people;
• Skill in team-working with multidisciplinary public health units from international organisations; and ability to select and utilise up-to-date and h igh-quality empirical evidence using digital technologies, to efficiently analyse, plan, and communicate border healthcare management principles; and
• Ability to design, conduct, and evaluate complex plans, projects, healthcare systems, health security systems for healthcare management, community health systems, and border health systems.
