About the programme

Undergraduates of the Project Management program from Satbayev University program gain skills in determining project performance targets and criteria; determining project limitations, exceptions and assumptions; developing a schedule and organizational and role structure of the project; a system of personnel motivation, management and monitoring of project risks; creating the necessary environment for project implementation.
