Overview
Communications and Networking (Double-Degree) from Brno University of Technology enables students to focus more closely on the area of mobile and fixed communications, metallic, optical or wireless networks, modern network technology appliances, telecommunication services, multimedia, internet technologies and their services, Internet of things IoT, smart technology, security methods and high-speed multimedia transmission. Students are also introduced to knowledge of digital filters, signal processors, multimedia signal processing and design of electronic circuits and systems.
Careers
The graduate will possess detailed knowledge in the field of communication and networking technologies. He is both well-provided with theoretical knowledge of communication and information systems and familiar with their design, the electronic design itself, applications, services, smart systems, Internet of Things IoT, surveillance and measuring systems. The spectrum of his theoretical and practical knowledge embraces properties of transmitted multimedia signals and data, their processing and subsequent technical realization of communication and information systems. He is familiar with the structure and provision of various services in mobile and fixed communication and computer networks.
