- You should have both of the following: a UK Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip) in Healthcare Management (120 credits at Level HE7), or a recognised equivalent in a healthcare, medical or nursing management subject; AND at least two years’ credible and relevant experience in the health and social care sector in a relevant profession or occupation (for instance, doctor, physician associate, advanced practitioner).
