- Be graduates of a public university, a private university recognized by the Taiwanese Ministry of Education or an independent college,
- Hold an undergraduate degree or an equivalent diploma recognized under the regulations of the Taiwanese Ministry of Education,
- Pass the entrance exam of the Chung Yuan Christian University Master’s degree program.
- A passport valid for at least six months;
- A duly completed application form with two 2x2 inch color photos taken within the past six months.
- Supporting documents or official letters of approval from a competent authority of the ROC; and
- Other relevant documents.
