This Information and Warfare Studies program at MARA Technological University will nurture student to relate ideas to societal issues in the field of media and communications. Student will undergo research conduct with appropriate supervision and adhere to legal, ethics and professional codes of practice. Master of Art in Information and Warfare Studies (MC701) was introduced in 2006 with the objective to provide higher qualification and research skills among scholars. Being offered in coursework mode, both full-time and part-time students are required to complete the study within one and a half (1.5) or within three (3) semesters.

Student needs to complete about 40 credit hours of classes in order to graduate. An academic project will be compulsory for student to take up research writing about 15,000 to 20,000 words.
