Through interactive classroom learning and integrative field placement experiences at Conestoga College , students will develop skills that will enable them to work in collaboration with families, colleagues and communities to support inclusive early learning environments.
International students wishing to pursue the full-time Early Childhood Education Resource Consulting certificate program should enrol in the Early Childhood Education Resource Consulting (International) program.
Careers
- Graduates of this program will expand their employment opportunities to work as consultants for inclusive education in schools, early years environments and community agencies.
- Graduates will be qualified to be Resource Consultants under the Child Care and Early Years Act.

General requirements
- An Ontario College Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, recognized by the College of Early Childhood Educators Ontario.
- Test scores, if required, would be a minimum of TOEFL 580 with a TWE of 4.5 or iBT 88 (effective January 2024 with no individual skill less than 22; IELTS 6.5 with no bands less than 6.0; CAEL 70 with no sub-test band scores less than 60; Conestoga English Language Test (CELT) Band 6; Cambridge Exams 180 with no individual score less than 170; or equivalent scores in other recognized standard tests of English.
