Programme Overview

The College was created from the College of Science and Technology in the 2014/2015 academic session following a restructuring of the academic base of the University in pursuit of vision 10: 2022. The founding Dean of the College is Professor Cleophas Akin Loto, a former Dean of the College of Science and Technology.

The department of Mechanical Engineering from Covenant University usually holds her Town and Gown Seminars at least thrice in a semester to bridge the gap between academia and industry.

This is the first of the series for the Omega semester 2019/2020 academic year. The presentation was on Engineering Entrepreneurship - An Overview. Delivered by Engr. A.B Oyedepo at the departmental Town & Gown Seminar room. Faculty, staff and students were largely in attendance and they all benefited from the short presentation.

General requirements

Candidates seeking admission to the Master’s degree Programme of Covenant University must possess a Bachelor’s degree from Covenant University or any other University recognized by the Senate of Covenant University.
Preferably, candidates with First Class, Second Class (Upper Division), and Second Class (Lower Division with a minimum CGPA of 3.00) in the relevant disciplines may apply. The minimum duration of study for the award of the Master’s degree is two academic sessions for full-time.
In addition, the Covenant University conducts screening exercise for all candidates seeking admission into the University.
You must take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university.
