Overview
Engineering for Building Engineering at University of Genoa addresses the topics of the protection, rehabilitation and enhancement of existing buildings in terms of structural safety, energy efficiency, quality and comfort, while considering social and economic issues.
Learning by doing
Teaching methodologies envisage the participation in seminars and workshops (both in classroom and in laboratories), the development of individual or collective projects, as well as assisted and individual study.

- You can apply for admission if you have either:
- a Bachelor degree (of at least 180 CFU/ECTS)
- a laurea
- at least 180 CFU/ECTS
- You can access this course only if you have obtained a degree or an equivalent qualification (bachelor's degree, a direct school for special purposes - 3 years), if you meet the curricular requirements and if you successfully pass the Prerequisites assessment.
- In order to attend this course, all the following curricular requirements are required: alternatively, the possession of:
- a three-years degree obtained in Italy, in either Civil and Environmental Engineering
- a five years degree obtained in Italy in either Civil Engineering
- a foreign degree recognized as eligible
- English language, B2 level or equivalent
