Health Psychology (Research) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia aims to meet the needs of industry and professional bodies. It is led and delivered by expert and internationally recognized academic staff. Students also have the opportunity to work with renowned FSK researchers.

The Faculty of Health Sciences is renowned for its numerous research opportunities, up to date programmes, and various student-led activities. Students will be exposed to the tight-knit health campus members, with opportunities to connect with peers from other health background programs.
The campus is located strategically in the heart of Kuala Lumpur which offers students an opportunity to experience life in the capital city of Malaysia. - Obesity, body image and self-esteem
- Psychological factors in stroke recovery
- Neuropsychological intervention for dyslexia
- Suicidal behavior among adolescents
- Coping with chronic illness

General requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree by obtaining a good Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) from a University or any institution of higher learning recognized by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and/ or having accreditation recognized by a foreign Accreditation Body, or institution who has accreditation as prescribed by a programme;
- Doctor of Medicine degree or Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University or any institution of higher learning or an equivalent degree from any institutions of higher learning recognised by the Senate;
- Any other qualification recognised by the Senate obtained through the Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL);
- Fulfils other requirements prescribed by the programme (if applicable) and
- Fulfils requirements of the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)
