Degree Program

Using an interdisciplinary approach, the Environmental and Sustainable Building Engineering program of the Sapienza University of Rome achieves this objective by providing an appropriate level of in-depth knowledge in:

The basic subjects related to construction techniques, tools and forms for the study and representation of the built and natural environment.

The characterizing subjects of the civil construction sector, focusing on the following areas: technical, construction, structural and installation, of the organization and management of the building process and environmental systems, of safety, of the sustainability of the adjustment, transformation, planning, and possible safeguarding processes of the physical environmental context, of the quality assurance of processes and products, of the restoration of the existing building stock, of the planning and the complex management of the processes and the services connected with environmental and territorial systems.

General requirements

Valid identity card or passport;

Study Visa for “University enrolment” (only for non-EU citizens residing abroad);

Receipt of your residence permit request (only for non-Eu citizens residing abroad who require a study visa);

Residence permit card (only for Non-EU citizens regularly living in Italy). If you are renewing your residence permit card, you will need a copy of your expired permit together with the post office receipt of your renewal application;

University-level qualification (achieved after no fewer than 15 years of studies of which at least 3 at University level), together with copy of the academic Transcript of records, officially translated into Italian (or in English) and accompanied by the Statement of Verification and the Statement of Comparability issued by CIMEA.
