Overview
Mathematics from The University of Jordan (UJ) is providing students with fulfilling learning experiences, conducting knowledge-producing research, and building firm societal ties, within an environment conducive to creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship; making efficient use of resources and forging fruitful partnerships.
Students at Mathematics from The University of Jordan (UJ) will be able to:
- Read, analyze and write logical arguments to prove mathematical and statistical concepts and theorems.
- Analyzes and applies different mathematical algorithms and theories and uses modern techniques in both teaching and research.
- Communicates with mathematical and statistical ideas clearly and consistently, in writing and verbally.
- Formulate efficiently mathematical and statistical problems, model real-life problems and then solve them in theory or digitally using technology tools.
- Adhere to ethical standards and good conduct in accordance with the rules and standards.
- Apply knowledge and mathematical tools and think creatively to solve real life problems and then verify and interpret the results correctly.
- Works effectively within work teams and communicates scientific knowledge and results with peers and experts in the field.
- Apply methodologies and ethics of scientific research in preparation of scientific research in mathematics field.

- A certified copy of the General Secondary Certificate (tawjihi or high school)
- A certified copy of the first university degree (bachelor's degree)
- Certified transcripts
- The grading system of the student's university (for graduates of non-Jordanian
- universities)
- A copy of the passport
- The application fees (150 $), which are non-refundable
- A no-objection letter from the cultural attaché of the student's country
- English language test
- Three personal photos
- A certified copy of the birth certificate with the national number on it
- A certified copy of the national ID card
