Overview

Since the  Occupational Therapy  programme offered by Jönköping University is web-based there are no scheduled lectures on campus.

The modules are distributed via Internet using the web platform, Ping Pong. Internet access with a bandwidth sufficient for watching streaming video is required (recommended minimum download speed 1 Mbps). The programme is conducted and examined in English.

Occupational Therapy is a client-centred health profession concerned with promoting health and well-being through everyday activities.

The programme will help students expand their knowledge in the field and develop professionally. Since it is a part-time programme, you will be able to work while you study. This is an important aspect and students are expected to maintain close contact with clinical practice during the programme.

The programme is quite flexible and the courses can be individually tailored to each student. You may choose to focus broadly on occupational therapy at large, or to narrow down your focus to a particular area of interest.
