The programme consists of five core modules, which cover the problems facing regulators in designing regulation and compliance officers in their day-to-day activity.
You will select a range of elective ‘specialist’ modules and write a research dissertation. The dissertation includes two elements: a specialist case study that simulate compliance duties and a 5,000-word free-topic essay.
If you want to follow one of the specialised pathways, your elective modules and dissertation must be relevant to your specialism. Otherwise, you can choose a general route and select modules from across the pathways.
