Graduate programs in Educational Administration at University Putra Malaysia offer comprehensive program of studies in terms of theoretical and practical which covers various aspects of skills such as problem solving, educational policy planning, management of educational institutions and implementation of research as well as innovative projects.
Graduate programs in Educational Administration focus on administration and management at various levels of educational institutions such as primary schools, secondary schools and tertiary institutions.
The Master of Science (M.Sc.) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programs in Educational Administration are offered on research-based, while the Master of Education in Educational Administration is a coursework program.
The Educational Administration program of the University Putra Malaysia is a flexible mode program where lectures are held during school holidays in Malaysia. Lectures are delivered in bilingual and conducted in the form of face-to-face interactions at the UPM Serdang campus and are supported by asynchronous or synchronous online lectures as well as blended learning using the Putra Blast system.
Graduates in Education Administration program have broad job prospects in the public and private sectors as administrators and education managers in teacher education institutes, higher education institutions, and even schools.

General requirements

The applicant should possess a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent, with minimum CGPA of 2.75, as accepted by the HEP's Senate; OR
The applicant should possess a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent, with minimum CGPA of 2.50 and not meeting CGPA of 2.75, can be accepted subject to a minimum of three (3) years working experince in a relevant field/passed internal assessment; OR
The applicant should possess a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent, not meeting CGPA of 2.50, can be accepted subject to a minimum of five (5) years working experince in a relevant field.
