Addressing these issues requires effective legal and policy tools, internationally, nationally, and locally. The LLM Environmental Law from University of Dundee will offer you a broad range of knowledge, covering the structures, principles, and institutions of environmental law, both at the domestic and the international levels.
You will develop the skills needed to pursue a career in this area of law and policy. Knowledge of environmental law is of increasing relevance for the commercial world.
This course gives you an understanding of the main legal issues related to environmental protection and sustainable development. The choice of modules and dissertation topics allow you to focus on the environmental and sustainability issues that are important to you.
