About Tourism Management at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics

This problem-based and project-oriented MSc in Tourism Management at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics seeks to develop students as professionals by conveying a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical, methodological and practical approaches necessary in order to understand and tackle core, contemporary and emerging issues related to complex global phenomena and their implications for local sustainability, policy-making, as well as decision-making processes related to tourism, tourism destination development, planning and airline management.

Careers

GIME will arrange variety of industrial workshops and enterprise visits for our program students, the companies combine both local organizations and multinational corporations. Students can participate in and experience organizational culture within Chinese business environment. With GIME’s assistances and arrangement, students will have an opportunity to complete their internships in world famous hotel & resort corporations in Dalian in the second year of the program, including Kempinski Hotel, Grand Hyatt Hotel, Hilton Hotel and Castle Hotel attached to Marriott Group.
