Overview
The School of Public Health Jilin University has established international cooperation with many colleges or laboratories from America, Canada, Japan, Austria, Australia, England, and so on. Many faculties and graduate students have been sent abroad to study, visit and give lectures. Since 1980, more than 100 researchers from the School have participated international conferences.
About the program
With the emergence of public health issues, such as communicable diseases, environmental pollution, and food safety etc., public health issues have evolved and become more globalized. To adapt to a higher standards for public health professionals in this ever changing climate, Jilin University has created this Master of Public Health program to cultivate public health professionals with a global vision and advanced degrees.
Students will gain competency in disease control and prevention, community service, health care management and health surveillance and enforcement, and with the capabilities of solving practical issues in public health.

- Applicants of Master’s programs must be 18-40 years old, in good health both mentally and physically, with a undergraduate diploma.
- Applicants must submit application documents, including the Passport Home Page, the latest diploma, academic transcripts, language qualification certificates, a proposal of the study in China, reference letter(s), and the Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
