Overview

The Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering program from Huazhong University of Science and Technology recruits doctoral and postgraduate students in Design and manufacture of ships and marine structures and Marine engineering every year.

In recent years, our school enrolls about 7 doctoral students, 55 scientific postgraduates and 12 professional postgraduates every year. The length of schooling is 3-5 years for doctoral students, 3 years for scientific postgraduates, and 2 years for professional postgraduates.

Careers

In recent years, the employment rate of doctoral students and postgraduates in this discipline has reached 100%. Master students are mainly engaged in scientific research, design, inspection and management in research institutes, classification societies and large state-owned enterprises.
