Learning outcomes

The Microelectronics Science and Engineering program at Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), leveraging the educational resources of world-renowned universities in the Greater Bay Area, aims to become a world-class national exemplary research institute of microelectronics. Currently, the school has signed cooperation agreements with major universities in the Greater Bay Area, including the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the University of Hong Kong, and the University of Macau, to enable close collaborations such as undergraduate exchanges and joint master and PhD programs.

Programme Structure

The goal is to cultivate entrepreneurial talents and corporate leaders in the microelectronics industry, and to build a world-class industry-university-research transformation platform.

The IC Design, Test and R&D Platform is the foundation to support the design of high-end integrated circuit chips and devices.

Applicants who will not graduate before the application deadline shall provide an official pre-graduation certificate/letter showing their student status and the expected graduation date.

Academic Transcripts. Integrated Master-Doctoral Program applicants should submit Bachelor’s degree transcripts. Applicants who will not graduate before the application deadline shall provide the most current academic transcript.
