The Plant Sciences in Agriculture program from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem is aimed at students wishing to expand and deepen their basic knowledge of the structure and functioning of plant systems on all biological organizational levels, from plant populations, plant-environment interactions to the sub-cellular level.

Courses include:- The program offers a variety of courses on the physiological, biochemical, morphogenetic, evolutionary and ecological processes involved in controlling plant development and acclimatization to the environment. The program also focuses on mathematical modeling of plant-related processes, as well as on central topics in plant biotechnology.

General requirements
- Candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Science or Nutrition Science with a minimum final grade of 80
- Candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Science with a minimum final grade of 80, who wish to enroll in Environmental Economics and Management (717).
- Candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Science or Nutrition Science with a minimum final grade of 80, who have secured a supervisor for their thesis, and wish to enroll in Animal and Veterinary Sciences (735).
- Candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in another relevant teaching program (recognized by the teaching committee), who fulfill the conditions to apply for the graduate programs as specified above.
- For the master's program in Biotechnology.
