Overview
The Master Cooperation and Development at the University of Paviastudents coming from all over the world, from different cultural and academic backgrounds are exposed to an intensive period of study, followed by a direct field experience. Usually, the class is composed of half Italians and half foreigners, mostly coming from developing countries.
Students are prepared to work for NGOs, international organizations, governmental bureaus, research centers, and public or private Institutions in the field of cooperation and development.
The program foresees full-time classes with more than 500 hours of teaching and seminars focusing on Development Economics, Current Development Issues, Project Cycle Management, and Humanitarian Aid. Throughout the whole year, the Master offers many different seminars and workshops held by academicians and professionals, from all over the world.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS holding at least 4 years of academic studies
ONLY FOR APPLICANTS WITH A FOREIGN ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
- Declaration of value (DoV) issued by the Italian Embassy/Consulate in the state where the academic title has been issued (only if already available at the enrollment stage but, in any case, the DoV must be submitted to the master secretariat by December 2023);
As an alternative to the “Declaration of value”, the University recognizes the following documents as valid:
- Diploma supplement (only if the admission qualification to the course is issued by a European University);
- Certificate of comparability issued by Naric /Cimea.
