Overview

At the Biology and Ecology - Spec. Animal Biology MA studies at the University of Hradec Králové , students are educated in the entomology, hydrobiology, behavioural ecology, and acarology, and receive specialised training on European fauna.

Students participate in research. They are engaged in various projects in conjunction with neighbouring institutes (VUOS Pardubice, VUO Holovousy) and in other projects, very often international. Main research interests include entomology, parasitology, zoology of chordates, cell and molecular biology, microbiology.
