With a top-class mix of international lecturers, strong practical relevance and integration of the latest advancements, graduates are well qualified to work as specialists and leaders in internationally active, technology-oriented companies or to work directly in clinics, healthcare facilities and sports associations.
Digitalization, robotics and artificial intelligence will enable you to master the challenges in both medical technology as well as sports technology while allowing you to tailor your studies to your personal interests. When applying, you can choose between the specializations Medical Engineering and Sports Technology and will be awarded the title "Master of Science in Engineering" after 4 semesters.
While studying
The degree programme comprises twelve core modules and seven specific modules in medical technology or sports technology. The aim is to provide graduates with specialist knowledge at the interface between technology and the human body. Core topics include app development, virtual reality, artificial intelligence and wearables with a focus on medicine and sport. Additional courses on leadership, management and entrepreneurship cover business topics that are relevant for management positions or an independent career.

The master’s degree programme in Medical & Sports Technologies is aimed at graduates of bachelor's and diploma programmes in the fields of engineering/technical sciences and natural sciences whose curriculum covers sufficient relevant ECTS points in the following competencies:
