Overview
The Project Innovation program from Bond University explores key areas emerging in job descriptions for project managers, drawn from product managers, designer thinkers, change agents, Agile coaches, business analysts and entrepreneurs. This program comprises six foundational subject areas, and the ability to tailor learning through four elective subject choices. At the end of the program, students complete a significant research project to consolidate their learning.
Professional outcomes
In today’s uncertain economic environment, the Master of Project Innovation equips graduates with the knowledge and skills to implement a ‘management by projects’ approach, which is in high-demand in our world today. This approach includes a set of activities such as planning, decision making, leadership and organisation all which are intentionally used to achieve efficient and effective project objectives. Innovation in project management facilitates an agile response to opportunities, freedom to experiment, exploration of alternative solutions, and a new approach that is not constrained by conventional ideologies or the fear of failure.
