The parallel MSc Psychology in Forensic Settings offers professionals from different, related backgrounds the opportunity to undertake training across the same subject areas, but it does not lead to an externally accredited psychology qualification.

General requirements
- UK honours degree 2:1 (or equivalent) in psychology that meets British Psychological Society (BPS) standards for the Graduate Basis for Chartership (GBC) plus a minimum six months relevant work experience in a forensic setting.
- Shortlisted applicants will be invited for interview.
- IELTS score of 7.0 (or equivalent) with no element below 6.5.
- Please provide an outline of a study to explore either:
- Knife crime amongst young people and risk factors for getting involved in this; or:
- Whether men and women perpetrate similar rates of domestic abuse.
