In their third year, students begin their professional training pathway, designed, planned and supported by the OME in accordance with well-established pedagogical principles (the RIME framework).

This pathway, guided by clearly defined and progressively more complex learning objectives, enables students to apply their theoretical knowledge across three different learning environments: simulation, classroom-based clinical case discussions, and the clinical ward. In each setting, students develop the core pillars of clinical practice: professional behavior, clinical skills (history taking and physical examination) and clinical reasoning.
