Designed for graduates with Land Administration and Development at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and graduates from other disciplines, including town planning, valuation, quantity surveying, land surveying and practitioners in the landed professions. 


Particularly important to those who wanted to further their understandings on the dynamics of urban changes and land development. Besides, it provides opportunities for research in various land related matters.

Learning outcomes

The Master of Science Land Administration and Development course at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia consists of 5 core courses, 4 elective courses and 1 University course. In addition to these subjects, students are required to submit a Master Project worth of 8 credits. To graduate, students must complete a total 46 credits and they are assessed through assignments, presentations and final examination.
