Overview

We hope you participate in our Department’s life, work closely with our faculty, attend conferences and lectures by leading English scholars who will be joining our programme as visiting professors from every corner of the world.

Key Features

• We will also invite you to present papers and discuss them with your class, publish them and mentor undergraduate students.

• The graduate program in Advanced English Studies at the University of Valencia has long been a distinguished one: over one hundred Ph.D. dissertations in the past twenty years and successful professionals all over the world bear testimony to it.

• Postgraduate education is all about the profession, not just postsecondary teaching and research, but also opportunities in business, translation, intercultural mediation, private and charter secondary schools, and beyond. In today’s labour market, a rigorous course of study at the Master’s level is the key to all of the above.
