Uppsala University’s International Master’s is unique and provides an exciting set of opportunities for undergraduates who wish to further deepen their academic training. The first year of study is built around compulsory components (including a research seminar). Students will develop an individual study plan with the convener of the Master’s programme and will be assigned a supervisor in preparation for writing a thesis during the second year of the course.
The structure of this course mirrors closely that of a Swedish doctoral degree and will provide excellent preparation for students thinking of continuing their studies at the doctoral level in Sweden or elsewhere, in addition to those who plan to terminate their studies at the Master’s level.
