Overview

This LLM  Cross-Border Disputes  from University of Dundee  will enable you to develop specialised legal expertise on the treatment of cross-border disputes internationally and in Europe. You will study conflicts of jurisdiction and laws, and the effects of foreign judgement. 

You will be able to study commercial or family law aspects of private international law.
