The Dermatology, Venerology and Leprosy from Amrita University is a three-year postgraduation course. Dermatology is the branch of medicine dealing with the hair, nails, skin and its diseases. It is a unique specialty with both medical and surgical aspects.
This training consists of initial medical, transitional, or surgical aspects. School of Medicine is dedicated to improve the quality of life for patients afflicted with skin disease through state-of-the-art patient care, education and research.
Any candidate who has passed the MBBS degree from a recognized University thereto by Medical Council of India or any other State Medical Council is eligible for the M. D. in Dermatology, Venerology & Leprosy.
