Overview

Every student must publish a research paper based upon their dissertation in a Scopus indexed conference or journal in order to complete the Embedded Systems degree from Amrita University. The duration of the program shall be 4 semesters and medium of instruction shall be English.

PEO2: Graduates will practice ethics in their professional domain and imbibe the professional attitude developed
PEO3:Graduates will learn to work well in team environment considering the multidisciplinary aspect of embedded

PO1: An ability to independently carry out research /investigation and development work to solve practical problems
PO2: An ability to write and present a substantial technical report/document
PO3: Students should be able to demonstrate a degree of mastery over the area as per the specialization of the program. The mastery should be at a level higher than the requirements in the appropriate bachelor program

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology in ECE, EEE, EIE, CSE, Information Technology, Instrumentation and Control, Electronics and Telecommunication (4 years after 10+2 or 3 years after B.Sc. / Diploma in Engineering / Technology) – Currently in the final year or already completed.
M. Sc. in Electronics or Electrical / MCA or equivalent Master’s degree, Professional Society Examinations (equivalent to B.E. / B.Tech. / B. Arch.) recognized by MHRD / UPSC / AICTE (e.g., AMIE by Institution of Engineers-India, AMICE by the Institute of Civil Engineers-India).
