Overview

The MA 3D Computer Animation at University of the Arts London (UAL), University of the Arts London (UAL), is a practice-led postgraduate programme designed to develop advanced skills in digital 3D animation. Spanning 15 months, the course is structured across four terms and incorporates a summer break, totalling 45 weeks of study.

The course culminates in a Final Major Project, where students apply their acquired skills to produce a substantial piece of work, accompanied by a 5,000-word thesis reflecting on their creative process and industry relevance.

Honours degree in either animation, illustration, visual communication, graphic design or closely related subject, and present a portfolio of moving-image work.

Possession of equivalent qualifications;

Prior experiential learning, the outcome of which can be demonstrated to be equivalent to formal qualifications otherwise required;
