Graduates with M.S. in Applied Psychology fromThe University of the West Indies will:
- Have a working knowledge and appreciation of the discipline of psychology and psychological research;
- Be able to analyse organisational and society problems by applying contemporary psychological theory;
- Be able to conduct social psychological research to address organisational and societal problems;
- Be able to contribute to the body of knowledge of psychology by futhering Caribbean psychological research; and who will
- Be adequately skilled to pursue further postgraduate study in social psychology and related disciplines.

General requirements
- Bachelors degree in Psychology from a recognized University with at least Upper Second Class Honours. Applicants with Bachelors degrees in other disciplines are required to complete the diploma in Psychology.
- All applications must include a resumé, statement of purpose, copies of relevant transcripts and letters of reference. Most candidates are invited to an interview to discuss whether the programme is suitable for their career and training goals.
