Overview
The Master's in City Planning and Real Estate Development from University of Glasgow will prepare you for working either as a planner or real estate surveyor while also ensuring that you develop an in-depth appreciation of how different stakeholders in the planning and real estate sectors make decisions about future places.

- An optional field trip to London will provide you with an insight into the complexities of city planning in a World City. Past trips have included visits to The Shard, King’s Cross, Battersea Power Station and a number of grassroot projects that focus on community development.
Career
As a graduate you will be in possession of an MSc degree recognised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). You can develop your career as a chartered town planner, chartered surveyor, or both.
