PGDIP in PDM or equivalent with an average score of 60%
A BArch (Hons) or BSc (Hons) (Urban and Regional Planning), or MArch(Prof) or BSc (Hons) (Quantity Surveying), or 4 year BSc (Eng) in the branch of Civil Engineering of this University or the equivalent with average score of 60%
A 4 year BSc(Hons) (Economics) or BCom(Hons) or BSc(Hons) (Finance) of this University or the equivalent with an average score of 60%
Differently qualified applicants with a Honours degree or equivalent degree at NQF level 8 will be shortlisted for an entrance test
Students whose prior degrees were not awarded by a South African university must submit a South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) evaluation certificate
a person who in any other manner has satisfied the Senate that s/he is so qualified
