What you'll study
The three modules of the Master of Science in Nanoscience (CW) at University of Johannesburg are Fundamentals of Nanoscience, Instrumentation in and Management and Entrepreneurship.
These are compulsory for all students and the remaining three modules are chosen in consultation with the Head of Department. The ratio of the course work modules to the research component is 40:60

- An Honours Degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Physics or Biotechnology, with an aggregate final mark of 60% or higher. Admission is subject to approval by the relevant Head of Department and the Faculty of Science.
