The ESADE MSc in International Management is a space to stop, take a step back and contemplate.

You already know how to debate. Now, you’ll learn to dialogue. To truly listen to others and understand them, so that you can motivate them and solve problems together. The poblems of the future will only be solved if we listen and collaborate.
You’ll learn to lead, but a different type of leadership based on systemic thinking and long term view of the challenges we face. To do so, you’ll have to develop a key skill: the ability to manage yourself.

General requirements
- Two recommendation letters must be submitted as part of the application process. These can be from professional and/or academic referees. Your recommendation letters will be used to evaluate your global mindset and personal motivation.
- CV
- Bachelor Transcripts: during the application process scanned copies from your Bachelor Transcripts will be accepted.
- Bachelor Degree: one of the basic prerequisites for applying for the MSc programmes is an undergraduate degree equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
- You may be shortlisted for an interview, which is a mandatory requirement for your admission. All selected applicants are interviewed by an associate director of admissions.
