Provided by two renowned universities of applied sciences, HTW Berlin and Helsinki Metropolia,  the Master’s programme in Construction and Real Estate Management (ConREM) not only covers the central issues based on cutting-edge research, but also guarantees a consequently international approach. 


Teaching of the Construction and Real Estate Management program from HTW Berlin is provided on-site in Germany and Finland. As a demanding course, ConREM prepares its students to manage large international projects, heading up interdisciplinary teams with the required responsibility and professionalism.

English requirements

TOEFL admission requirements TOEFL® IBT The TOEFL iBT® is given online through the internet at designated testing site. The test measures your English-language abilities in an academic setting. The score refers to the total score of 4 subjects (writing, listening, speaking, and reading), each subject has a range of 0 - 30.
IELTS admission requirements IELTS The International English Language Test System (IELTS) tests your English-language proficiency on a scale of 1 – 9. The score refers to the combined average score of 4 subjects (writing, listening, speaking, and reading).

General requirements

  • A first academic degree in architecture or civil engineering with at least 180 credit points.
  • An excellent command of the English language (C1 level - CEFR)
  • Employment certificate
  • By proving more than two years of professional experience after finishing the first academic degree, successfully admitted students can obtain a German-Finnish joint degree from HTW Berlin and Metropolia UAS. If the student has less than two years of professional experience, the student will be awarded a German Master´s degree title from the HTW Berlin.
