This Project Management programme from University of Malaya intends to produce knowledgeable and competent project management professionals who are ethically and socially responsible, and sensitive to the needs for promoting sustainability. Students are trained with the skills to handle problems, challenges and a project management perspective in a global context.

General requirements
- Bachelor of Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or equivalent in a related field from a recognized university with a CGPA of at least 3.00 or equivalent; OR
- Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA of 2.70 to 2.99
- Can be considered if it meets one (1) of the following criteria:
- Have at least one (1) year of work experience in related field; OR
- Produce publications in related fields; OR
- scholarship recipient; OR
- A Malaysian Government agency personnel; OR
- Passed an interview; OR
- Pass Special Assessment.
- Bachelor's Degree with a CGPA of 2.50 to 2.69
- Can be considered if it meets two (2) of the following criteria:
- Have at least one (1) year of work experience in related field; OR
- Pass Special Assessment
- Bachelor's Degree with a CGPA of 2.00 to 2.49
- Can be considered if it candidates passed an interview by the Faculty and meets one (1) of the following criteria:
- Have at least one (5) five year of work experience in related field; OR
- Pass Special Assessment
