Overview
The study programme in Educational Management at the Vytautas Magnus University aims to prepare educational managers for different types of organisations involved in learning and teaching activities. The complexity of the programme learning outcomes leads our future graduates to the career of an educator, an educational manager, a human resources developer.
Students, who successfully complete the programme, along with a Master's degree in Educational Management will be also awarded a Certificate in Curriculum Design and Devlopment issued by UNESCO International Bureau of Education.

Upon graduation from the study program Educational Management graduates will be able to work and study in:

- Bachelor degree is required to be able to apply for this Master Degree or equivalent is required.
- Proof of English Language: level B2 or an official document from an official institution showing applicant had courses in English or studied English language.
- Admission score is counted based on: Motivation letter * 0,5 + Arithmetic average of bachelor degree diploma supplement all subjects * 0,3 +Evaluation of bachelor thesis or final examination * 0,2.
