The Master’s program "Business and Organizational Psychology" at the IEC provides a unique combination of psychological skills and business know-how. To meet the dynamics of today’s work environment and the priority interests of our students, we offer a unique combination of Business Psychology with Business and HR Management.

An officially recognized university degree from any fields of studies is required for enrolment in the course. The documents required are:

Students are exempted from having to provide the proof of English proficiency if the prior study is done 100% in the English language.
