General requirements
- Graduate with a minimum of 2.2 from a UK university or equivalent
- CIPD level 5 qualifications – with a minimum of 2 years HR or management Experience
- Without Degree – a minimum of 5 years HR or management experience
Graduates without any HR or managerial experience and non-graduates with the above-specified experience will be assessed through a written piece of work and an interview at which they will be assessed on their ability to do the course.
