General requirements
- A BMus degree with an average of 3.0 in the last two years of undergraduate, or graduate work at the University of Alberta, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. In the case of the MA, an Honors BA or equivalent is acceptable in place of the BMus
- A Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. The GPA calculation will be determined from the most recent 2 years (or 60 credits) of course work
- Please ensure you meet the minimum requirements from other countries as set by the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research (FGSR) before applying
