Description
This scholarship has been launched as part of the University's largest-ever investment in academic excellence internationally.
The award is a fee reduction in the first-year for international students who have secured an offer to study on a full-time master’s course at Brunel, based on the western side of the United Kingdom’s capital city – and who meet the award’s criteria.

The scholarship is worth a £5,000 fee reduction for self-funded international students across their postgraduate taught courses.
Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Must have an offer to study on a full time postgraduate taught programme starting in September 2024 of the 2024/25 academic year.
- Applicants must have a minimum 2:1 and above or equivalent internationally recognised undergraduate qualification.
- Must be classed as an Overseas fee paying student based on the UK government regulations and be self-funded (not sponsored). This includes applicants from the EU who are required to pay overseas fees. Applicants who are unsure of their fee status should note Brunel uses the information they have provided in their application form to assess fee status against regulations set by the UK government.
- All applicants must meet all conditions of their offer by the time they are due to register at Brunel. Candidates must pay their £5,000 tuition fee deposit within the deadline to secure their fee reduction.

There is no application form to fill out, you will be automatically considered as long as you meet their eligibility criteria. To be awarded a Vice-Chancellor’s Excellence Award you will need to meet all of the conditions by Wednesday, 31 July 2024.
