These awards are generously funded by friends, supporters, and colleagues of past president Dr. Dominique Abrioux in recognition of his remarkable contribution to Athabasca University throughout his 25-year career and 10 year presidency (1995-2005).

Eligibility

To be eligible for this award, an applicant must meet the following criteria:

  • Is enrolled in an AU master's degree program
  • Applicants enrolled in a doctoral program are not eligible
  • Is within 15 credits of completing an AU master's degree
  • Has completed a minimum of 12 AU graduate-level credits since July 1 of the previous year
  • Has achieved a program GPA of 3.6 or higher
